Lars is Senior Vice President at Viacom Digital Studios. Based in New York.
Before he joined Viacom in 2018, he led LEGO’s global success on digital media. It’s difficult to imagine that when Lars arrived, LEGO didn’t have an official Lego page. He was able to build the well-known, innovative toy company’s Social Media & Video Strategy from scratch. With Lego, Lars created teams in the US, Denmark, Shanghai and Singapore.
In 2015 Adweek scored LEGO as the number one brand on Social Media and YouTube in the toy industry. Lars has been named as one of the 25 most Innovative and influential marketers in Europe by the Holmes Report. He holds and BA and MA in Digital Media Science and a HD in Innovation and Organizational Strategy.
Lars was voted Top 3 speaker at Cannes Lions 2018.
The biggest audience was 15.000 at Open World in San Francisco: Keynote, approximately 18 minutes.
Besides this, Lars has done around 150 conferences and events globally and he has been speaking literally everywhere from Australia, Iceland, Moscow, Ghana, Mauritius, Shanghai and so on.
He also has both been booked many times to big public events, but also to private executive meetings and inspirational sessions (CocaCola, Levis and others).
